How to Build a Corrugated Double Staple Helix Coil | Featuring the Shuriken 24 RDA
Today we’re going to put together a Corrugated Double Staple Helix Coil for the Shuriken 24mm RDA, sent over free from Cthulhu Mods. The core of this coil build features a corrugated strand of ribbon wire down the middle, surrounded on either side by two more strands of .3 316l stainless steel ribbon wire. Then it is framed in twisted 30g kanthal and helixed by hand using 36g stainless steel. But we don’t stop there! We frame it again with a twist of 32g 316l stainless steel and 40g nichrome ni80 clapton and helix it again in 36 to create a sort of cross hatch which works to trap juice and drive it to the staple and the frames.
