This is an overview & demonstration of the UM10, D2 and D4 Nitecore smart Lithium Ion battery chargers. The UM10, the D2, and the D4. The UM10 is a USB based smart charger which works with lithium ion or IMR batteries. The D2 and D4 Digicharger are universal chargers that will charge multiple battery chemistries including NiCad NIMH, and LiFePO4s. Due to the safety inherent in IMR safe chemistry batteries there is no protection circuitry added or built in. This provides a slightly shorter battery length to enable a good fit in most mods. Nitecore Digicharger D2 - Technical information and Demonstration
Here is the technical review and demonstration of the new Nitecore Digicharger D2. This is a 'one for all' charger that can be used to charge single cells of the most popular chemistries. The unit itself has an IEC 60230 female C7 (figure of 8) AC connector that is very common. The unit will run on 12v DC and 110v - 220v AC power.
